1. What if I want to place a larger quantity order?

Contact us to request a quote for a larger order. We will let you know how much it would save you to order a larger amount at one time.

2. How do I provide my church’s information and logo for you to customize the order?

Once you place the order, our team will email to you (usually within a few business days) requesting the information. Once received, we will create a proof for you to review and approve before we begin printing and shipping them to you.

Here is some of the information we typically will ask you for:

– Church’s Logo File (Preferably a PNG file type)
– Church’s Address, Website URL, Phone Number, Service Times, and Email Address (if applicable).
– Lead Pastor’s Name
– Any other information or media content you may want to include.

3. What if I have ordered the custom tracts before and would like to make changes to our existing design?

You can include this in the note section of the order when you place it or you can let us know when we reach out about the order. We will always provide a proof for you to review and approve every time before we begin printing them, even if you have order from us before.

4. Can I add a QR code to the tract?

Yes, depending on the amount of content you wish to include we may be able to include a QR code in the design. Our team can create the QR code if you provide the link you wish to send them to or you can send us the QR code file (preferably a PNG file type) and we can add it.
